Purposes of processingYour personal data is used for the following primary purposes, which are necessary for the provision of our services:• To address your request for information or a quote for software development, artificial intelligence, and technology integration services.• To schedule and hold strategy or initial consulting calls.• To prepare and send customized commercial proposals.• To execute and manage contracted projects: development of web and mobile applications, AI implementations, automations, and integrations with tools such as Bubble.io, OpenAI, HubSpot, Slack, among others.• To follow up on and provide support for delivered projects.• To comply with applicable legal, tax, and contractual obligations.Your data may also be used for the following secondary purposes, which you may object to at any time:• Sending commercial communications about new services, success stories, or relevant trends in AI and software development.• Preparing success stories using anonymized information or information previously authorized by the client, for portfolio or sales-material purposes.
4. Transfers of personal dataJTech does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. It may share it only in the following cases:• Technology providers acting as sub-processors for the provision of the service (by way of example but not limitation, video-conferencing platforms, project-management tools, cloud infrastructure providers such as AWS). Such providers are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality of the data.• Competent authorities when required by applicable Mexican law.When the nature of the project requires the use of third-party services that involve the transfer of client data (by way of example but not limitation, OpenAI, Anthropic, Bubble.io, Make, Zapier), JTech will inform the client beforehand and obtain the corresponding authorization.
5. Cookies and tracking technologiesThe jtech.mx website uses cookies and web analytics tools (by way of example but not limitation, Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager) to improve the browsing experience and measure site performance. These tools collect anonymous or pseudonymized information about visitor behavior.You may configure your browser to reject cookies or to receive a notification before they are stored. Retention periodYour contact and project data will be retained for the duration of the commercial relationship with JTech and, thereafter, for the time necessary to comply with legal and tax obligations.Browsing data collected through cookies is retained in accordance with the policy of each analytics provider.If you only made an inquiry without entering into an engagement, your data will be deleted within 12 months following the last contact, unless there is a legal reason to retain it.

10. Modifications to this NoticeJTech reserves the right to update this Notice at any time. The current version will always be available at https://jtech.mx. Substantial changes will be notified by email to those who have an active commercial relationship with JTech, at least 10 business days in advance.

Competent authorityIf you consider that JTech has violated your right to the protection of personal data, you may file a complaint or report with Transparencia para el Pueblo of the Ministry of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance (SABG), the competent authority on the protection of personal data held by private parties: www.gob.mx/buengobierno
