Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of the Terms
These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the website https://jtech.mx (hereinafter the “Site”) and the engagement of the services offered by Jacques Technologies, S.C. (hereinafter “JTech”), a company incorporated under the laws of the United Mexican States, with its registered address in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico.
By browsing the Site, requesting information, scheduling a call, or engaging JTech’s services, you (hereinafter the “User” or the “Client”) expressly accept these Terms and JTech’s Privacy Notice, available on the same Site. If you do not agree with any of them, please refrain from using the Site or engaging the services.
2. Description of the Site and the services
The Site is JTech’s commercial presentation channel. JTech is an agency specialized in custom software development, mobile applications, web platforms, artificial intelligence implementations, and process automation for businesses.
The services offered by JTech include, by way of example but not limitation:
• Development of web applications and digital platforms (React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, among others).
• Development of native and cross-platform mobile applications (React Native).
• Implementation of artificial intelligence solutions: integrations with language models (OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude), RAG architectures, AI agents, and workflow automation.
• Development on no-code and low-code platforms, especially Bubble.io (JTech is a Bubble.io Silver Partner, ranked among the top 5% globally).
• Integrations with business tools: CRM, ERP, analytics, communication, and productivity platforms.
• Technology consulting and solution architecture definition.
JTech provides its services directly within the Client’s systems, infrastructure, and tools. It does not operate its own SaaS platforms nor store the Client’s business data on a permanent basis, unless the specific project so requires and it is agreed in writing.
3. Use of the Site
The User undertakes to use the Site in a lawful, responsible manner and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, the following is prohibited:
• Carrying out any action that may damage, overload, or impair the operation of the Site or JTech’s servers.
• Attempting to access systems, databases, or restricted areas of the Site without authorization.
• Introducing viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting the contents of the Site without JTech’s written authorization.
• Impersonating JTech or any third party.
JTech reserves the right to block access to the Site to any User who breaches these Terms, without prior notice.
4. Engagement process
The Site is informational and commercial in nature. The formal engagement of JTech’s services is perfected solely through the signing of a services agreement or the written acceptance of a commercial proposal between JTech and the Client.
The usual process is as follows:
• The User requests information or schedules a strategy call through the Site or the available contact channels.
• JTech prepares a customized proposal with scope, timelines, and budget.
• The parties sign a contract or services agreement that will govern the specific commercial relationship.
No communication prior to the signing of the contract creates payment obligations or binding commitments for either party, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
5. Intellectual property
a. Site content
All contents of the Site (texts, images, logos, visual design, source code, structure, and organization) are the property of JTech or its licensors and are protected by Mexican and international intellectual property legislation. Their total or partial reproduction without JTech’s written authorization is prohibited.
b. Project deliverables
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in the corresponding services agreement, the deliverables developed by JTech for each Client (source code, applications, designs, integrations, technical and functional documentation) become the Client’s property upon their delivery and full payment.
JTech reserves the right to reference the project in its commercial portfolio using general information (type of project, industry, technologies used), provided that no confidential Client information is disclosed and, when the Client so requests, subject to prior express authorization.
c. Proprietary tools and methodologies
In carrying out projects, JTech may use tools, frameworks, reusable components, or methodologies of its own. The use of such assets in the project does not transfer to the Client any rights over them; only a non-exclusive license to use them within the context of the corresponding deliverable is granted.
6. Confidentiality
All information shared by the Client with JTech in the context of a quote, proposal, or project (including business data, strategies, financial information, end-customer data, and any other informational asset) will be treated as strictly confidential.
JTech undertakes not to disclose such information to third parties not involved in the project, to use it solely for the purposes of the engagement, and to implement reasonable measures to protect it. This obligation remains in force during the project and for a period of two years following its conclusion.
When the project so requires, the parties may formalize a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
7. Liability and warranties
a. Site availability
JTech makes its best efforts to keep the Site available and up to date but does not guarantee its uninterrupted availability. The Site may experience interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or causes beyond JTech’s control.
b. Accuracy of the information
The information published on the Site is for guidance purposes only. JTech endeavors to keep it truthful and up to date but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or omissions. The features, prices, and availability of the services are subject to the terms of the contract entered into in each case.
c. Limitation of liability
JTech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site, nor for decisions made based on its content. JTech’s total liability towards the Client, in any case, shall be limited to what is expressly agreed in the corresponding services agreement.
8. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Bubble.io, LinkedIn, Google Calendar). JTech is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such sites. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement of or association with the corresponding third party.
9. Modifications to the Terms
JTech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available at https://jtech.mx. Continued use of the Site after changes are published implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León, waiving any other venue that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.
